Sacred Circle Dance

The dances come from a variety of cultures and the steps are taught prior to dancing them. The tradition of Sacred Dance comes from Bernhard Wosien, a ballet master, who later in life was drawn to collecting information about traditional dances from villages around Europe. He believed that the geometric forms created by the dances brings healing to the individual, the group and all humanity. He brought the dances to the Findhorn Foundation in Scotland where the tradition has been taught for over 30 years.

 

Deb Hilton has received training in Sacred Dance at the Findhorn Foundation. Come experience this healing meditation in motion. No dance experience necessary! Everyone is welcome.
